What is collected, and why. When you send an enquiry, RuleBridge processes the information you choose to provide — typically your name, organisation, role, work email and the content of your message — in order to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform an engagement. The legal bases are legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

What is not collected. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Retention. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years after the last contact unless an engagement follows; engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and any statutory retention periods, after which they are deleted.

Sharing. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate email and hosting, under appropriate agreements.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to office@rulebridge.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
